What kind of music appeal to you? Your young ones may like ballet. Get them a dance coach if they want to take it seriously. Dancing is loaded with a number of lessons, like perseverance, hard work, and passion.

Dancing is also good for children because it increases their flexibility, stamina, physical strength, and range of motion. Children who regularly dance are likely to be active in other areas of life.

Carrying on repetitive movements in dancing can correct poor posture, improve muscle tone, increase coordination, and balance, which leads to a better cardiovascular health.

As long as you can have a relaxed and quiet environment, you can practice yoga. Moreover, you don’t need to use a lot of energy, like in the gym, where you have to lift weights or be on the treadmill for so many hours.
